Mental Health and Wellness Resource Guide

Cover of the Mental Health and Wellness Resource Guide Student Experience—in partnership with the University Students’ Council, the Society of Graduate Students, and the Student Mental Health and Wellness Advisory Committee (with partners from across campus), and with generous support from a donor—has been developing this new publication. The guide is an anthology of mental health resources for undergraduate and graduate students at Main Campus and the Affiliated University Colleges, and provides contact information for resources related to students academics, health, and well-being. More specifically, the guide includes on- and off-campus resources, online resources, counselling resources, 24-hour crisis services, and services for students living in residence. It will be available on OWL for first-year students and printed copies will be available on a limited basis from the new Wellness Education Centre in the UCC, once it opens.
